Ski packages booking terms & conditions
Please fill in our
online reservation request form or
contact us directly to make a booking. We accept payment via VISA, MasterCard,
American Express, Diner's Club and JCB. On
receipt of your reservation request, we will call you to confirm your
reservation
and obtain your credit card details.

Usually by 10:00 am - depends on location chosen |

Confirmation deposit: |
|
We will need your credit card details to confirm your booking; a one-night
deposit is required on ski packages which include accommodation. |

Cancellation policy: |
|
Each location has its own policy, which generally apply as follows: |
|
|
- If more than 14 days notice is given, we will refund your deposit less
charges and
commission
- If cancellation is received 7 to 13 days before scheduled
arrival date, a 50% refund will be given less charges and
commission
- If cancellation is received less than 7 days before
scheduled arrival date, no refund is applicable
- In the event that you do not show on the scheduled arrival date, we will
debit your credit card for the full amount of your ski package
