NOTES:

• All tickets are for consecutive days
• Youth: 15-18 years inclusive, must produce student ID to purchase youth products
• Child: 6 -14 years inclusive; children 5 years and under ski for free when accompanied by an adult

Winter 2008 Season Pass

Secondary Students

Full time secondary students 15-18 years can purchase season passes at the child rate. In order to be eligible you must supply a letter on school letterhead confirming your current enrollment together with a copy of valid student identification. Tertiary Students

Full time tertiary students can now purchase the newly introduced tertiary season pass at a great discounted rate. This offer is only available to full time tertiary students and valid student identification must be supplied. Please contact Falls Creek Ski Lifts on 03 5758 1000 for further information.

Refundable Pass Option

(available as an add on to your season pass purchase)

The refundable pass option provides you with the reassurance of a partial refund of your season pass should you suffer an injury or illness which prevents you from skiing or snowboarding.

• Single option - $35
• Family Option - $85 (2 adults & 2 children)

Full terms and conditions of refundable  pass option

The Refundable pass option provides you with the reassurance of a partial refund as outlined below.

• Without purchasing the refundable option, season passes are NOT refundable or creditable under any circumstances.
• The refundable option is only available when purchased with your season pass, and is valid for season 2008 only.
• Where the Refundable Pass Option is taken Mount Hotham Skiing Company (MHSC) and Falls Creek Ski Lifts (FCSL) will refund a percentage of the cost of your season pass if you suffer injury/sickness which prevents you from further participating in skiing or snowboarding.
• Mount Hotham Skiing Company/Falls Creek Ski Lifts will refund the cost of your season pass if you are transferred interstate by your employer; provided that the date of transfer is at least 30 days after the purchase of your season pass (Victorian residents only).
• The refundable pass option fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
  The refundable option does not cover pre existing injuries or conditions.
• To request a refund, you must supply MHSC or FCSL with a written request within 10 days of injury, including a covering letter of explanation, your 2008 season pass and medical certificate stating the cause & date of injury and prognosis. Refunds will be calculated from the day we receive your request.
• Refund requests will not be accepted after 8th August 2008.
• All refunds are subject to Management’s approval and discretion.
• MHSC and/or FCSL’s interpretation of the above conditions is final.

Refundable season pass refund schedule

For skiing related injury sustained during season 2008 your refund equates to:

• < 20 Days 70% refund
• 21 - 40 Days 50% refund
• 41 - 60 Days 20% refund
• > 60 Days No Refund

NOTE: Days will be calculated from the official opening of the ski season. By not purchasing the insurance option no refund or credit will be issued under any circumstances.
